Custom Work at U.S.BellsWhether it is a door bell cast with a family name or a unique casting designed to suit a specific project, we can often accommodate a customer's special request for custom work. PERSONALIZED BELLS: There are three ship's bells we frequently customize with a family or boat name: the Small Ship's Bell (B26), the 7" Ship's Bell (B7), and the 8" Ship's Bell. The details for ordering these personalized bells may be found on our ship's bell pages. BOATBUILDERS AND ARCHITECTS have on occasion asked us to make patterns and castings. Since we are a small foundry, we can work directly with a customer to develop the original castings needed for their projects. Our melting furnace limits us to an effective maximum casting weight of approximately 75 pounds. Also we are presently able to work only with silicon bronze.
