This bell sculpture, finished in 2022, uses a 12” bronze bell with a deep mellow tone which rings quietly in peaceful contrast to the active yet graceful motion of the vanes. The wood is mahogany and can withstand many years of weather, and the bronze will slowly acquire a soft gray or green patina.
